free certification program under Premium license

Whenever I try to click the registration link on https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053373774-Box-Certified-Professional-Exam I end up going back to the main Box Support page. I tried going to the root of the link (https://box.csod.com/) and clicking the "Login with Box" button on that page. Again, I ended up at the main Box Support page.

I want to make use of the free certification program under Premium license
