My boss forgot her login information for Box, however, she can't reset her password because she no longer has access to that email. What is the next process we need to go through to get her access to her files?

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
