I need to set up a new password to access a client folder.

Box wants me to put in my old password and change it to a new one.

But I have never used a password because I logged in with my google credentials and set up 2FA.

Anyone know how I can get round this issue? Thanks

Oh, and yes, I've filled in the form to ask for a password reset email, but I don't get an email from Box. Presumably because I never set up a password using that email address in the firs place.
