After I log in, I get the code verification screen and all text appears in question marks inside little boxes. It is completely unreadable. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the suggestions. None of it worked. I am attaching the screen I get after I put in my email address and password. Oddly enough, I am able to log into this community forum without issue.
