Despite this error, I can't say that box.com has been a help to me and my family in lots of things.. I really love this website and the free size they are giving to their customers.

Now, I have folders on my box.com but they don't reflect on my desktop folder! I tried the option>more actions>sync but it's not working.

Can anyone help please?

TIA

Hi Mohamed,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

Looks like you're using Box Sync to locally access your folders.

If that's the case, we firmly suggest for this change in your environment as Box Drive is the current Box desktop experience, does not require manual syncing (though this is available through the mark for offline option), and the issue you're experiencing is likely to be resolved straight away after installation. By installing Box Drive from this link Box Sync will be automatically uninstalled, and any files that had not synced up to Box will be preserved in your old Box Sync folder.

Thanks for posting!

Thanks a lot Rona.

It's working now and everything is 100% fine, after downloading the Box Drive you've sent me in your previous post.

Regards,

Mohamed
