We have 1 user that is unable to see a number of subfolders through Box Drive. He has access to them online and I am able to see them both places. Files and folders in similar subfolders are appearing for him in the Windows file explorer.


He is Editor to the Parent Folder via group access. I have removed and added him back to the group without success.
