Hello, Most of my folders are not being synced. Please help me on this matter

Welcome to Box Community, and we are glad to assist with your syncing problems. 

 

Before we suggest any troubleshooting steps, do you mind sharing a bit about your Box application? 

  • What is the Operating System running in your machine?
  • What is the current version of your Box Application?
  • How’d you noticed that files aren’t syncing? Is there an error message? If so, please attach a screenshot.  
  • And for starters, make sure you are utilizing Box using only the supported browsers and Operating System.

For a while now, the Box App on my computer doesn’t sync with Box. I have lost a lot of work which I have done for my company because of this issue. It appears that Box doesn’t offer any help or way to contact them for assistance. I am not sure what the issue is, but I need it fixed or will have to move to another company.
