Folders Modified Date not updating

Hello,

A few of my folders are stuck in “sync pending” and Box is not updating the Modified Date.

Could you please run a script to fix this annoying issue?

First, we wanted to inform you that our Engineering team has already fixed the modified date issue from your local Box folder. Do you still experience this issue at present? 

Meanwhile, in order resolve your sync issue: 

  1. Please consider installing Box Drive if you haven’t yet. 
  2. Ensure that your Operating System is supported by Box
  3. Look for sync error and please attach a screenshot.
