Looking at the screenshots of the before and after, it looks like you might be logged in on two different Box accounts.
I noticed that your avatar or display pic on the upper-right side is different on the above screenshots thus you might be looking at the wrong account.
Can you search your other email inbox for emails from Box or the 'Welcome letter' from us to check on this?
