Folders are missing

I'm co-owner of the folder but an error comes up when I try to open it on Box.com

Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

Missing 2016, 2022, 2023, and Template - Do not delete

Box.com still shows files in the folder, but when I click on the folder, the above error shows.

    • Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
    • Try diffrent browsers, machine and network connection. 
    • Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
    • Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
    • Lastly, try reaching out to the folder owner, see if she/he sees the same error.

    Yes, we are all having the same issue.  Including the owner.
