Folders are missing

I'm co-owner of the folder but an error comes up when I try to open it on Box.com

Missing 2016, 2022, 2023, and Template - Do not delete

Box.com still shows files in the folder, but when I click on the folder, the above error shows.

Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
Try diffrent browsers, machine and network connection.
Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
Lastly, try reaching out to the folder owner, see if she/he sees the same error.

Yes, we are all having the same issue. Including the owner.

I've tried the above steps and there is still this error.
