Hi,

I just installed the box.app on my Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.1.1.

After copying folders and files in the Finder, from OneDrive to box.app, I see the download animations for each folder but at the end, the entire list of folders is greyed out. Furthermore, when I click on a greyed folder, there are no files inside.

I also logged into box.com on a Chrome browser and when I clicked on the root folder that I had created to store all the copies, it was empty and prompted me to upload files.

I just set up the account for enterprise and I cannot add new users until these files are available. Please help.
