I accepted an invite from someone outside my organization to work on a folder, and I can’t see that folder while folders from past projects are visible. Please support me.

I just have a couple questions regarding the shared folder:
- When you accepted the invite, were you able to access the folder?
- Where does the folder disappear, is it the Box website or in your local Box folder or both?
Please reach out to the folder owner to ensure that you still have access to the shared folder.
