The last couple of days work with box is growingly dissatisfying as folders all of a sudden do not show their content anymore or files cannot be opened by programs like EXCEL although they could be opened before.

Logout of box and re-login partially helps, but then after a while the next folder appears empty though it is not. 

I wonder what is happening here and how this "feature" can be fixed at once.
