We have some folders that show a 'Size' of X files but inside the folder there are 0 files or Y files.   How can this be fixed?   Are there files actually that we cannot 'see'?

In one specific example, the a folder shows it has a Size of 41 files however there are 0 files visible in the folder when looking at both box online and box drive.

We have had similar issues for the last week. The number hasn't been larger, only smaller - for example, folder says "2 files" but there are actually 4.

I have a folder that says 155 or something but it's actually 200. Another folder that says 42 and should have over 50. What is wrong with this thing? I see the above issue is 5 months old. I guess this is not going to get fixed. Typing to a wall.
