Folder size does not make sense

Hi, one of my folders per folder detail has 31GB and my overall usage is 28GB.

 

This does not make sense. How can I obtain a real size folder number?

    We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
