Hello, A folder has been shared with me multiple times but it is not showing in my account. I need access to this folder.

While we investigate, can you confirm if you received the collaboration invitation to access affected folder? If so, is there an error message when you try to access the folder?

I received one of the invites (I can see that folder), but when she sent me the other ones, I never received them.
