When I update or add a file in a folder on the BOX web screen, the update date of the folder (not the file) is sometimes updated very late. (Sometimes it takes more than a day)
Is there any way to solve it because it does not give the correct result when I want to find the most recently updated one from the folder list?
As you can see in the link below, I think it's a known issue, but we've requested improvements through our BOX support company, but the situation hasn't changed even after more than a year.
I would like an immediate response.
