An entire Folder has disappeared. I have checked all of the other similar cases and comments and none of this advice applies. I need to have some kind of ticket opened by Box to investigate. How do I go about doing this?

Are you looking for your own files/folders or collaborated only? If it's the latter, you should contact the file/folder owner. Meanwhile, for your own files/folders that disappeared. Please check out your trash/bin icon and restore your contents.
