Please note that we can only guarantee recovery for your folder/file that was in box.com  by using your trash/bin icon. However, if the missing folder is not yet uploaded in box.com, you may have to check your own copy through your local folder and re-upload it. 

As we don't have a way to track contents that was deleted off of your local Box Drive folder.
