There was a Folder: Bid Manager Handbuch which I cannot find in Box anymore. I think it was deleted from a colleague or deleted because the owner has left IBM at the end of September. The folder was including the most important file: "Wiki Artikel_Zuordnung_2019_neu.xlsx" - Link to Box: https://ibm.ent.box.com/file/415815487598. Is there a possibility to restore the folder, or in minimum the file? Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post in the forum!
If you are part of a Business or higher plan that offers the reporting feature, your admins can help look into this by running a "User Activity" report for File Management. This would be the best course of action to investigate what happened to the folder you were previously part of.
