folder access

Before one user was registered for an account on our BOX account, she had access to a BOX that was invited by another company when she was a BOX free account user.

Then removed from our account user.
However BOX access is not available even for free account user.

BOX folder which was inbited from another company cannot be accessed. Other free account users are able to access.

Registered again with our user account and can log in to the BOX. However, she cannot access the previous folder. How can she access the folder to which other company was invited?
