Hi

I don't know what to do to the folder marked red exclamation mark. Please can you help.

    If you are using Box Drive and are seeing red exclamation mark on your folders, that indicates the folder is having issue saving to Box and the folder a problem item. Please refer to this article on how to check for error notifications in Drive and tips on how to resolve them.
