Flagging that Box online access is down

My organization has lost access to all of our folders on Box this past hour.  Everything we try to navigate to claims “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.”  Is anyone else experiencing this mass issue?  I hope someone from Box is working to resolve this.

All files and folders have gone. When I log in on the website, and attempt to go into a folder, I get the following message “Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue.” No files are there below the folder level.

Hi, when logging in (me or a team member) we see our root folder set, but when clicking on any folder, nothing is displayed except an error message in red that reads “Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue.” and the center of the page reads “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.” Checked account privileges, logged out and back in...nothing. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated. 


Any folder I go into, there is no content and an error that says, “Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue.” I am a solo user and trying to find help. Anyone know what could be wrong?
