Fix Account Storage

My storage capacity limit says it's been reached, but when I go into account settings I'm nowhere close to my limit. Can you please fix this.

It seems that you don't have your own folder and you've not reached your storage allocation. To get a closer look, can you please take a screenshot of your upload error?
