First, How far back can I get activities for using the API? Second, why does reading shared link info require write access using the API?

1. I wanted to know how far back in time can I get Box activities for using the API?

2. I was trying to get the shared links for a file/folder using the API. Apparently it requires my app to have write access: because with read-only scope, I get Null for a resource's shared link, while with a write scope, I am able to get shared link information without any problems. I wanted to check whether this is by design? Why does reading shared link info require write access?

    Hey Peleg, 

    As described here, User events are stored for between two weeks and two months, after which the user events are removed. Enterprise events are accessible for one year via the API and seven years via exported reports in the Box Admin Console.

    You are correct. Some information is not available with read only access. This and other inconsistencies are on our radar to improve!
