Finished setting up & removing 'go live with box' pop up

hi, I've created a Box account as the 'Admin' user for the first time, and completed all the basics in setting up.  Within the Admin Console there is a pop up on the right called 'Go Live With Box' for which I seem to need to get green ticks against every item before it will disappear.  I've got all items ticked apart from 'Add Teammates' (despite having successfully set up users) - and I cannot figure out how to get that last item ticked and hence the pop up removed. I've followed the embedded links within the user page, logged on and off etc, and its still there....and driving me mad ! Any suggestions ? thanks in advance
