We are in the process of enforcing 2fa for all staff. At this point we have been encouraging people to enable it. Some people have enabled, and probably some have not yet done so. I want to send out one last targeted email to the holdouts, before we enforce 2FA/MFA.  Problem is I can not find anywhere to see who has 2FA/MFA enabled.

So where do I find out who has 2FA/MFA enabled?

Hi Bob Moore,

I'm not a support agent but from the enterprise settings under the security tab:https://app.box.com/master/settings/security you can enable two factor authentication to be applied to all managed users as well as external users. The next time any of your users login they will be required to enable enable two factor authentication.

Hi Rob,

Welcome to the Box Community!

Admins may run a User Activity report to see who among your managed users have enabled the 2-step verification for their account in account settings.

To run this report, go to the Admin console > click on Reports > choose User Activity Report > then under 'Action Types' click on Login > check the box for Login verification enabled and then click "Run" and wait for the report to be exported in your Box Report folder.

Best,
