When I login in to Box online and try to open a file using a desktop app right from the site this is the error I receive. Can you help with this?
"We can't open 'JDA Resourcing Analytics.xlsx' from Box. Make sure the storage account is provisioned in Open / Add a Place and that you have the necessary permissions."
