Hello, 

Files were migrated to me, but files remain at ZERO. Our IT cannot figure it out.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

How did you migrated these files on Box, can you please walk me through the steps you've taken? 

There are a couple ways one can migrate his/her contents to Box and you can find them here

Hi Rona, 

This is the message I received from IT. 

As far as the migration, our policy is to do a delete /tranfer of the original account: we use the Box admin portal that creates a tranfer of all files to the indicated internal employee. So we know the transfer action occurred since you are seeing her folders, its just a question of Box restoring the files then forwarding them to you.
