Files shown as delivered are not actiually delivered

Hi team, 

For the past few days (starting Monday the 14th) we have been having trouble with our BOX uploads. They do show as delivered but after a few hours, our addressee claims they have not received anything. When we check again, files are indeed not there. Is this something that is already being looked into?
