Files saved by colleagues do not appear in finder (Mac)

Files saved by colleagues do not appear in finder. Each folder must be updated manually for files to become visible. I see the files in a browser, but am dependent on using finder.

Using Apple OS Ventura 13.6.3.
Box Drive version 2.36.112
