Hello, my files have not been syncing since 16th Feb. Please can you help? I am on Mac OS10.14.6, running Mojave

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    Please be advised that Box only support the latest two OS version for Mac. See below: 

    • macOS - The two latest major versions. For Mac devices with M1 chips:
      • Box Drive is fully supported on M1 devices.
      • Box Tools is fully supported on M1 devices
      • Box Sync is not supported on M1 devices

    I would suggest to upgrade and see if that works.
