Files not showing up

Please try these basic troubleshooting steps: 

• Log out and log in to your account in the Box website. 
• Use a different browser and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies. 

If you can't find it,  you might want to check back again with your client and make sure you're both at the same exact folder.
