Files not showing up

I followed the link sent to me 2 days ago and was able to log in and view files. I was having trouble signing in and was finally able to sign in but not the files that were shared to me using a link are not here. I keep getting the message saying that they can't find the page that I'm looking for. I need access to these files and can not find same. Help please

    I also had the Individual re-send the files with new link to folder and when I click on that I can log in but the same message appears. A message saying that they can't find the page that I'm looking for.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of the file and have them check if you still have access to the file. They might have remove you as a collaborator or the shared link has expired.
