Files not saving properly from iPhone

For the past several months whenever I save a file from my email on my iPhone, the files have not saved into my box account. The files and folders are still there when I try to save another file, but I can’t find them when I open box on my iPhone or Mac.

Could you explain your workflow on how are you saving your files into Box, did you follow the steps in this article on how to add files in your Box of iOS https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195633-Manage-Your-Content-with-Box-for-iOS

It sounds like your files might be saving somewhere outside of your Box mobile app, have you checked the other location on your iPhone?
