Files not saving

We are having an issue with files not saving for other editors or myself (owner) to access. An editor will save and close out the file in Box, then another person will open it and the changes are not reflected. Or, if a new file is saved to Box it does not show up for another user in our organization. How do we solve this?

hi...similar situation myself. i have the box app for windows; whenever i try to save something in it, it gives me an error: "couldn't download - virus scan failed"
