saved file in the Box are not opening

Is there an error message when you tried to open the file? Also, could you tell us how and where did you saved the file?


We'd love to further assist! 


 


I have an issue, the files are not opening and even if we try to downlaod, it say an error message that an error occured and that they couldnt download the file. To contact the administrators. Where can I open a ticket to get this figure out, is it an outage or a problem on our side ? 


Same here getting upload errors and can’t grab any new files that I’m needing to work on.

System wide problem i our office at the moment. Cannot open documents or download. 


Is this a Box-wide problem? I’m here also because none of my files are opening. I restarted my computer, checked my network connection, and redownloaded Box with no solution. It looks like it’s opening, but then is stuck showing the file “downloading” without success.

Yes it’s system wide, there is now an outage message on their website. 


I believe I am having the same issue.  I cannot upload files to Box from my hard drive, nor open Box files using Box Edit.


I am having same issue, can not open any excel, pdf or word document file currently, Please share any help or guidance how to fix it!


I am no longer experiencing the issues  I reported earlier.  Problem seems to be resolved.
