I have been using box for years and never had an issue until now. I can't open my files (word or pdf) on my MacBook Pro desk top. I am not getting any error message, they just won'e open.

I am having the same problem. I cannot open pdf on my macbook. This is a new problem. I have been able to open them in the past.
Same issue - I've logged out and logged back into box on my Mac and it seems to have corrected it but then it happens again with another file - might be to do with when other users have been in the file?
Actually I just found what seems to be the solution. Click on the BOX icon in the menu bar. Select the gear icon and quit box. Then open Box back up and it should work!
