My workplace has been using Box for the past few years. I logged in to day to work on some files and it appears that the entire drive has been wiped. We think there was an issue with who the admin was on the files. I can't find a support number anywhere.

It shows that you only have a collaborated folder in your Box account. Looks like this is a permission issue and kindly contact the folder owner to rectify the issue.

Is there someone I can get in contact with to figure out who was the owner of the files. No one that currently works here has access and we cannot figure out how to resolve this.
