I recently upgraded my Box account from a Personal plan to a Business plan, and I’ve noticed that all my files are now missing. This is very concerning as I rely on these files for my work.


Could you please investigate and restore my files? I need urgent access to them. If additional information is needed, please let me know, and I’ll provide it promptly.

Its been 24hrs for you and your files are still missing?


I also upgraded from personal to starter and all my files are also missing and showing up on box.com.
