Hello! All of my files are missing after I upgraded my account yesterday. I know it said it can take up to 24 hours, but it has now been longer than 24 hours. The only files I can see are the ones that someone else has shared with me. I do not even see any of my files on the desktop sync.

It has been 2 weeks and my files are still missing. The support team stated they are waiting to hear back from engineering. Is it typical to take so long to fix this?
