Files Missing

We are a group working on a project.  Have lost several documents that were there 2 days ago.  All members have checked Trash and the files are not there.  

Any way to restore account to its status 48 hours? Or other solution?

    Welcome to Box Community! 

    To narrow down this issue, begin by identifying the owner and the person who deleted your missing files. Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash. 

    Additionally, you can find your contents by sorting, filtering and searching within your (owner/deleter) trash. And to find out more about your trash and how to recover them, please visit this page.
