files missing

no files showing after I sign in

For missing files, please check the following: 

• Check your Trash folder and search if you can still recover the files. See this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash
• Contact the owner of the file and confirm if they have removed you as collaborator.
