Last week, I was added to my office's Enterprise account. Same day as the upgrade, all of my personal files disappeared from my account. I saw a similar post stating to wait at least 24 hours for the transition, but it has been 5 days and no files have been restored to my account.

From what I can see on my end, it looks like you are still under a free account. You can verify to the user who added you if they have successfully added you. Thank you. There is nothing in my trash folder. All files and folder that I was the owner of have disappeared from my account. All I can see is files and folders shared with me owned by members of our enterprise account.
