Files in Menu but folder empty

We have various folders and when we view the list under the Size column it shows how many files are within each folder.  We have three folders however says it has various files but when we open the folder there are no files there.  Can you reset these folders please and free up the space. Many thanks

    I've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To check, please hover over to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
