Files gone

Question

I'm logging into my box account for the first time in about 2 weeks, and most of my files are gone. These files contain everything I need for my school year (teacher here), how can I find them?!

JaxD · Answer

All of my files from the last 2 years are gone. PLEASE help. It happened last week and then when I re-logged on they reappeared but nothing is current. It’s a nightmare.
