I just don't get it. We may need to discontinue using BOX. I receive JPGs and PDFs files and get the "Can't open - unsupported file type." error message. We tried a different transfer app for a week and it worked fine. And, from time-to-time, BOX works fine. Is there a solution that allows BOC.COM file transfers to work reliably?

Did you log in through box.com to preview the affected files? If so, did you try using your alternate browser and cleared your browser's cache and cookies?
Make sure you're accessing files supported in Box content preview.

Thanks for your help Rona. As it ends up . . . the sender's IT security software has a feature that makes the files unable to open. Once the sender determined that, now we can transfer files just fine.
