Hi Box.com,
My storage amount was showing an incorrect amount, so I asked Box.com through this support forum to run a script to correct that amount. That was apparently done, but now I'm missing about 200 files from my family photos folder.
Please help. Where did those files go? Before the script was run, I believe the file count was 303.

We're running a script to accurately recount your file counts and not delete any of your Box files.
As for your missing files, did you already checked your trash/bin icon?

Thank you for the response. There's nothing in my trash bin. Is it possible that, before the first script was run to correct the storage amount shown, the file count shown was inaccurate? I noticed that the total count shown for my family photos folder (before the first script was run) was about 300 something, and now it shows 114.
