FIles disappeared after migration

Please Box Support help me! I cannot find or oper a lot o files in my folders!

I started the transition from Starter to Business plan two days ago and many files that I see on my computer do not open and if I go to the online box page the files inside the folder are not there. I'll write to Box Support immedialely!
