Files disappeared

I was surprised to discover that the majority of my files are gone from my Box.com account.  would like to talk/communicate with a Box.com representative.

Welcome to the Box Community!

Are these missing Files owned by you or by someone else?

If these files are contents you owned, you may have moved or deleted those so I would suggest searching within your Box and Box Trash.

If these contents are owned by someone else, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative content, so will have to contact the owner of the content to have them reinvite you to that folder/ files again.

I have the same issue. Please help. The owner of our files cannot access anything.

THIS SEEMS TO BE HAPPENIHNG TO A LOT OF PEOPLE. MORE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. THIS IS NOT OK.
